- BSD-2000 2D uses eight-antenna applicators, the treatments and temperature distribution are planned in a two-dimensional plane.
- BSD-2000 3D uses applicators with twenty four antennae, the treatments and temperature distribution are planned in a three-dimensional space.
- BSD-2000 3D MRI, apart from planning in three dimensions, allows for completely non-invasive temperature measurement using magnetic resonance imaging in real time – it is the only solution of this type in the world.
